When we heard our local pub, The Bull in Limpsfield, was at the centre of an exciting community investment scheme to keep it open and running, we approached Enterprising Limpsfield to see if we could offer our professional Interior Design expertise. We are delighted to be a part of the refurbishment, now complete and looking fantastic.

As a Grade 2 listed building, we embraced the existing character and features, evolving the interior design around its history; giving it a fresh lease of life. Key to the refurbishment was opening up circulation and sight lines while retaining welcoming and defined niches within the space.

The new bar creates theatre whilst the lounge is snug and intimate; yet one area offers glimpses to the next. Warm, ambient lighting is key throughout with light antique brass fittings contrasting with the darker tones of the blue walls. Utilising existing details and an eclectic mix of furniture across different eras gives the space a timeless and elegant quality.
